1. Eligibility & account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use QBooklyAI™. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. AI-assisted content

QBooklyAI™ generates AI-assisted content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain unintended material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before use or publication.

3. Content retention & storage

Generated books and drafts stored in QBooklyAI™ are temporary. Content saved under “My Books” is retained for 24 hours and then deleted automatically unless you download or save it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QBooklyAI™ for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or generating content that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your inputs. QBooklyAI™ outputs are provided as-is; you are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with copyright, privacy, and other legal requirements.

6. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance and may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact support to initiate a request. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using QBooklyAI™ at any time.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

QBooklyAI™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The QWORLD™ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
